At our very own campsite just outside of the city of Tilburg, you can put your tent, camper or caravan during the whole Incubate weekend. No kiddin', Beekse Bergen is a camping at a safari park, complete with lions, monkeys and all the animals from the jungle book. You can either stay in your very private tent/camper/caravan, or share it with your friends. There are two options:
- 2 night passes: You can camp on September 16 and 17. Price: 50 euro’s
- 3 night passes: You can camp on September 16, 17 and 18. Price: 60 euro’s

Campsite tickets can only be bought online via the ticket-page on this website.

The price of campsite tickets is per person and includes the use of the Incubate shuttle bus service from Tilburg Central Station via the 013 venue (city centre, close to most venues) to the campsite and vice versa. Ticket sales stop Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 23.59 hrs!

Campsite tickets can only be bought online via the ticket-page on this website.

The Incubate campsite is open from 13:00h on Friday, 16 September until noon on Monday, 19 September 2011. There are toilets, hot showers and running water on site and are also included in the ticket. On site, there is a bakery and campsite shop.

Campsite rules will be online soon. Some of the most important ones are: generators, portable sound systems and open fires are strictly prohibited! Small transistor radios are permitted. You also have your very own power plug so you can recharge your cell phone etcetera.

The campsite is located on the N269 between Hilvarenbeek and Tilburg. From the A58/N269 you will find blue signs guiding you to “Camping Beekse Bergen”, taking a right after leaving the N269 from Tilburg). (do not follow Camping Safari Park!)

Below you find a list of hotels in Tilburg (where Incubate festival is). As most hotels in Tilburg are full during Incubate, we recommend you to either book a place at the Incubate Campsite (see above) or, if you really want a hotelroom, book a room in one of the surrounding cities Breda, Eindhoven and s' Hertogenbosch. These are all cities in the area of Tilburg which are connected by a very good train system which brings you to Tilburg in 12 to 22 minutes.
