Wardruna, a special folk project of Einar 'Kvitrafn' Selvik (Jotunspor, ex-Gorgoroth) and Gaahl (God Seed, ex-Gorgoroth) creates ritualistic folk music with traditional instruments. During the Incubate festival, the band will giva a special one-off performance in an amphitheatre in the middle of the forest.

The schedule:
- The public will be taken to the special Wardruna performance by coaches from Tilburg (only 3 euros for a return ticket, for more info check below).
- Before Wardruna plays there will be a short lecture by Kennet Granholm, PhD in Comparative Religion at Åbo Akademi University (Finland). He will talk about the birth of modern paganism during romanticism, the founding of modern pagan groups/organizations in the post-second world war period and the shift to paganism in black metal.
- While darkness falls, torches light the site. Wardruna performs, the sun will set and the atmosphere will be filled with the visuals and sounds that Wardruna stands for.
- After the concert the visitors will be brought back to the city on the same way that they left it, by bus.

Bus schedule:
Busstop will be the parkinglot alongside the Spoorlaan, facing the ABN Amro building. That is just 200 meters from the Info and Ticket Centre.

Tickets for the bus rides (3 Euros for a return ticket) can be bought at the Info and Ticket centre at the Spoorlaan.


This very special performance of Wardruna will be open for everyone with a Incubate 2009 dayticket for Saturday and of course all Incubate 2009 passepartouts. The bus ride will only cost 3 Euros for a return ticket.
