Meeting contemporary composed music in a place that is nothing like the average high-brow concert hall. That is what Kraaklink is about. Having a beer in a relaxing atmosphere while listening to interesting music made by musicians under 35y whose innovative music is constructed by young composers (below 40 years of age). This makes it one of the most interesting programs of Incubate, aiming to bring contemporary composed music to those who would want to see it: a relaxed and interested audience.

The guy that put together this awesome and eclectic program is no one less than Merijn Bisschops from De Link.De Link is a organization for not-ordinary chamber music in Tilburg, Every season its program is filled with musical discoveries, experiments and surprises. Seldom a piece performed is over fifty years old, more often the ink on the paper has not even dried when the piece is played at De Link.

November Music's Composers Club
This year Incubate has joined forces with November Music which is known as the most imported international festival for contemporary music in The Netherlands. As November Music focuses on ‘the inventors of music’ they created the Composers Club’ (CC) especially for young, relatively unknown composers. In this form recent solo work of a young composer is played. Afterwards the composer will tell about his / her work, the played one in particular. The audience is invited to participate and to ask questions.
Moderation will be done by Bert Palinckx, artistic director of November Music.

Composers Club @ Incubate takes place on Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
