Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture. Expect a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. Jessica Bailiff is slowcore’s next best-kept secret. Blending shoegaze, post-rock and singer-songwriter folk with her voice into an angelic combination that you only thought existed in your dreams. Until now. Dream-pop as a genre name should have been invented by term-coiners listening to Jessica Bailiff. At Incubate, she will perform with Belgian songwriter Annelies Monseré. The two will both play songs from their beautiful untitled EP, and songs from their own records.
