Incubate is the annual celebration of independent culture. Expect a diverse view on indie culture as a whole, including music, contemporary dance, film and visual arts. A British-American indie pop - folk duo consists of husband and wife Ruth and Brookln Dekker playing guitar, bass drum, grand glockenspiel and small percussion. After having established themselves in the Chicago underground, the Dekkers decided to give up their home, sell all their belongings and hit the roads of Europe, playing everything from clubs, major festivals to people's living rooms. Playing well over 100 shows last year, Rue Royale won the hearts of whatever audience they encountered.
