Come and see the 'Omename-SHOW'!! It'll be fun.

The world is our symphony, and we are the instruments. Omni-disciplinary artist Michiel van de Weerthof tries to use the world and it’s people to create tragi-comic ‘songs’, but looses control more than enough.

'Omenamehu' is his latest project, a jolly video series full of musical non-communication for toddlers of all ages, inspired by children-shows like 'Tiktak' and 'Bumba'. This form gives the freedom to use music, visuals and language in it's most basic forms, and to question concepts like reason, communication, entertainment and artistic justification without being a bother.

Incubate shall also be host of the 'Omename-SHOW', the live incarnation of 'Omenamehu'. A show filled to the brim with songs, dance, circus and special guests, oozing with x-factor.

Omenamehu received a grant from the Netherlands Foundation for Visual Arts, Design and Architecture.
