Mark Ernestus is one half of Rhythm & Sound, a dubtechno production team and record label, that originated in Berlin, Germany in 1993. Paul St. Hilaire (also known as Tikiman) is a reggae vocalist from the island of Dominica in the Caribbean, and was the second vocalist to collaborate with Rhythm & Sound, steering their sounds away from 4/4 techno.
