The two-man project Utarm now launches his own full length album. Cover art, illegible logo and song titles of Substitute of Dimention Hell just scream black metal. The album shares its chilling atmosphere and gruff character with fellow Norwegian black metal bands, but the musical formula used by Utarm is of a different kind.

Highly distorted guitar chords and shrieking vocals are somewhat reminiscent of black metal, but they receive a trebly deformation enveloped in rough electronics and spread over five tracks nearing ten minutes each.
