Vox von Braun plays the kind of music that should come out of the transistor radio of two peroxide-blonds, driving a convertible in any of your favorite mid-seventies road movies. Early shows were characterized by lots of noise, creating a sound reminiscent of shoegaze and 60's punk rock. Later gigs brought more balance between pop songs and modern, noisy alienation. Influences stretch from the Other Half to My Bloody Valentine and from Lee Hazlewood to Stephen Malkmus.
