What’s more radical than classical music in a squat? And what’s cooler than a underground tekno party in a Concert Hall. Tables are turned: Kraakpand aan de Langestraat will host the first concert series in a squad ever. Vice versa the Wirwar crew will squat the Concert hall. Everything free.

Squatters occupy houses as a way of protest. They think everybody has the right to use public space. Well, also young composers need space to bring their sound, so for the first time in history they join forces. For both parties it’s a way to legitimate their culture with some unexpected tactics.
You can hear the beautiful harpsichord music by Goska Isphording, the electronic deconstruction of a classical voice by Wiregriot and the world premiere of a new composition by composer Franc Crijns, performed by Andreas van Zoelen.
Buy some cans of beer and enjoy. No dogs allowed!
On the 21st of September the squatters of the Wirwar sound system will put the biggest sound system from the southern part of The Netherlands in the concert hall of Tilburg and bring free Tekno to the free people. |
